[There's about ten seconds of Sora sitting there eying his red belt bags before he starts rummaging through them checking on things like potions and elixirs. He mutters something under his breath before turning to the camera to address the recording and, by extension, the viewers. This is his serious face, people.]
I'm going to the plains to get the things that Dream Hare took from me. It shouldn't take too long. There's not really a lot to the plains area. I underestimated the monsters last time I went there. Then again, I didn't know anything about them. I have a better idea now.
[There's a pause, during which viewers are treated to the sight of Sora adjusting the seemingly out of place shoulder guards on his jacket. He's not quite done with them when he speaks again.]
If anyone's wondering, the reason those Keychains are so important is because they're made of strong memories. No, I'm not sure how to explain that part of it. But there is something else.
[He stops fidgeting with the guards and holds his right hand out. In a flash, his Keyblade is there. He switches his grip so that he can unclip the chain hanging from the pommel and the weapon changes from the largish blade that resembles a vehicle key to a rather plain looking skeleton key design. He puts the Keychain that had altered its form away and digs another one out of his pocket. This Keychain resembles a tribal painting of a lion cub. When clipped onto the pommel, this Keychain transforms the Keyblade into a serrated blade that looks to be fashioned from bone with the grip and guard looking to be made of wood and bits of animal hide.]
The Keychains alter the Keyblade. Some of them give it elemental properties. They all change its form and that effects how I handle it. They may also boost my power. That's not the main reason I want them back, though. The two that were taken were from a couple of my closest friends. They mean a lot to me. So, yeah. I'd like to get them back.
[There's another mutter under his breath that may or may not sound like 'They're all I've got of my friends right now...' as he reaches to turn the camera off.]
