Event - Touch Fuzzy, get dizzy

A bunch of Fuzzies from Yoshi's Island are drifting through. They will be just about everywhere outside for a few days.

Look here for an idea of what Fuzzy does if you're not familiar with the game -> Skip to about 1:02 if you're impatient.

They will make your character just very dizzy or they can have a drunk/high/etc. effect if they are touched. Whichever you prefer is fine.

[The video starts with a view of the Giza Plains. Poofy white things(Fuzzies) can be seen floating around here and there.

The camera turns to show Sephiroth standing a short distance away. He is staring curiously at a Fuzzy as it drifts near him. A sudden gust of wind blows it right into his face sort of exploding on contact.

He coughs for a minute before looking around dazedly. Then he shakes his head and stands unsteadily for a few moments.]

...I think ...I think I need to sit down.

[Why he felt the need to say that out loud is probably a mystery even to himself. He takes a few unsteady steps towards the Gold Saucer but, soon gives up on that and just sits down right where he is.]
