[Hazel stares at something in her lap for several seconds. She looks at the camera, clearly having something she wants to say.]

I woke up lying in the snow. I only sort of remember how I got there.

[She sniffles a bit.]

I... What I was... What I could have been if...

[She looks back at her lap.]

If I started sooner. It's... frightening.

[She squeezes her eyes shut and buries her face in a small pajama shirt for a second before she speaks aagin.]

Remaining a child for who knows how long.

[She coughs.]

I think I'm sick. I should probably go lie down.

For a while... I was what I could have been if I started learning magic while I was still a child. It is an uncommon side effect.
