Well, it would seem... [a long pause, followed by the ruffling of paper] It seems that I finally got around to opening this peculiarly unexpected gift.

Considering that I entered the world (not this one) all of the way back in, oh, entirely too long ago, I would expect the giver to have better timed it around my birthday or another holiday, or at least that anniversary, ignoring for a moment that knowledge of such should be impossible.

Still, the exterior of this locket strikes me as entirely too familiar for mere coincidence...

Seems lazy to just give us all gifts on a random day. Probably just didn't feel like waiting for birthdays or trying to figure out a day where we all had a holiday to celebrate.
